GRITTY MUSIC ESCAPE
The Gritty Music Escape is an engaging type of music team building. It is amusic filled escape-room surrounded by green spaces that helps team members reflect and exchange ideas according to the Grit modelor the use of Grit to rediscover one's interests and goals, boosting motivation.
With a musician who will play the songs live and animate the game, participants will compete in various music-themed challenges. The Grit model, developed by US psychologist Angela Duckworth, is made of four pillars: Interest, Intentional practice, Purpose, and Optimism. Participants will have to overcome the music challenges of each pillar to access the next level. Each game is a metaphor for the core concept of the pillar: playing is the best way to learn it and make it one’s own!
The challenges include breaks for reading and in-depth studying the concepts of the Grit model via a coach. All compete together to pass the tests that will lead the winning team to become the "Super Gritty Team!"
DRUM CIRCLE
Drum Circle is another popular type of Music Team Building exercise, because it makes use of the emotion generated by music and the energy that flows from the percussion instruments.
Surrounded by a beautiful natural scenery, a team of musicians will help team members transform into talented percussionists, creating an amazing musical ensemble. The activity makes the most of the power of music as a lever for emotional involvement and sharing, interactivity and integration between the different roles of the team members.
Participants are involved in the use of percussion instruments (made from recycled objects) to create a highly accurate and inspiring musical ensemble. The end result is surprising and generates a very strong energetic and emotional charge that involves the whole team.
