We imagine you shaking your head as you say “absolutely not”, shocked by what you have just read. After all, those sandals you bought last week, as well as that new watch, different from the other three you have and matching your complexion, were absolutely necessary, weren't they?
Don't worry, you are not surfing Marie Kondo's site; you are not about to read an article that tries to convince you to rid yourself of material objects that do not cause you a sense of unbounded joy. On the contrary, you are about to read how our emotions are the real motive behind our decisions, and how to train and develop emotional intelligence, which is extremely important, both for private life and business.

Emotional intelligence is that part of intelligence that involves the ability of perceiving, evaluating and expressing emotion; the ability of accessing feelings and/or creating them when they facilitate thoughts; the ability of understanding emotion and emotional knowledge; the ability of regulating emotions to make balanced decisions.
Having high emotional intelligence means being able to manage your own emotional state, perceive and recognize the emotional states of others and connect better from a communication point of view, but also having excellent leadership, conflict resolution and problem solving skills.

Desenzano Lake Village is the perfect location where groups can be hosted and where privacy can be provided without sacrificing the experience of sharing. Several areas are available for meetings and trainings, ranging from the glass tensile structure by the lake - with a stage, projector, speakers, microphone and even an outdoor kitchen - to the spacious halls inside the residence - equipped with all necessary technical support, comfortable seating and close to the bar area - as well as the village gardens. And it is here, in this bucolic but technologically advanced setting, that the Dual Communication Learning Lab 2023 will take place in September 29th.
DISCOVER THE PROGRAM
A day completely dedicated to corporate wellbeing that will host facilitator Mirco Soprani, CEO of Life Skills Business, an expert coach on organizational wellbeing, leadership development, change management, emotional intelligence and teamworking. An opportunity to learn more about the method and to better know oneself and others, so as to contribute to building more effective personal and working relationships and, above all, over the long term.
The day will open at 10 a.m. with the arrival of the participants and a moment of relax with a welcome coffee. There will be a first moment of involvement through Art Permission Stones: we do not want to pre-announce anything, but let us say that through the rediscovery of colours we will learn to think with our hands and give ourselves permission to learn, laying the foundations of our own consent towards the training course.
At 1.00 p.m. a lunch break in the restaurant of the resort, overlooking the lake, will be served. At 3.00 p.m. the training day will get into full swing with the workshop on emotional intelligence and corporate wellbeing, organised by Mirco Soprani and Giuliano Bottelli. At 5.00 p.m. a well-deserved aperitif will be enjoyed, followed by dinner until the conclusion of the event at 10.00 p.m. An opportunity to discover a deeper, more human way of doing business, one that allows us to get in touch with others, their needs and their emotional side, and also to learn how to create healthier and more stimulating working environments.
