Educational at the Rimini Family Village
Club del Sole has always believed and continues to believe in the importance of coaching activities, as well as personal and team training, with the aim of improving as people and contribute to the development of a healthy relational environment.
“Sognavamo ad occhi aperti e a cieli limpidi
Sogni estivi ed impossibili
Sopra a una panchina a Rimini.”
This is how Lucio Dalla sang in the song "Amici", where the city of Romagna is the backdrop to a youth looking at the horizon and wondering what his future will be like, but all he can see is a quiet sea, a clear sky and blurred silhouettes above the water.
There is something enchanting about Rimini, a city that always seems to be between reality and dream, through Roman streets and bridges, Renaissance frescoes and modern venues. Right here, nestled between the dream and the waves of the sea, lies the Club del Sole Rimini Family Village, which right after an opening event for the business sector and MICE, hosted a training day on the mechanisms of trust, organised by MICE&MORE.
Guests started arriving on Friday evening, 29th September, welcomed by the Club del Sole staff and a dinner in the main restaurant of the resort where the best local dishes were served. But the heart of the event was the following day, Saturday 30th September. After the buffet breakfast, the guests reached the village’s tensile structure, set up with lounges, comfortable seats, tables and equipped with all the audio-visual material to support the coaches during the training hours. Once the first part of the day was over, participants and coaches were able to relax with an aperitif and a light lunch, again served in the wonderful and spacious dining room of the resort restaurant.
Training is very important, but resting after lunch is too. In fact, guests were free to rest and explore the village areas in complete freedom until 5 p.m., when the site inspection of the entire resort began. All the types of accommodation that the Rimini Family Village can boast were shown: from tented chalets, which allow guests to experience more in contact with nature, to the village lodges and suites, with their superior comforts. The visit then reviewed the services within the village, related to the care and wellbeing of pets - who also deserve to experience the Rimini Family Village with the same carefree and comfort as their owners - and the sports areas, such as the padel courts and the private open-air gym for the exclusive use of guests.
The visit ended not with an aperitif, but with an extremely Romagna-style team building activity: the piadina challenge! A challenge to prepare the best piadina from Romagna, from the dough, through the filling to the cooking and serving. Once divided into teams and after learning all the secrets from experienced local chefs, the participants had to earn (and cook) their long-awaited aperitif!
Having finished the challenge and enjoyed the aperitif, the day ended with a dinner and show, again in the resort restaurant.
