Every year the TTG Travel Experience focuses on a main theme that reflects current market trends. The theme of this edition is the word “Veritas”, chosen in its Latin meaning to underline the importance of the search for concrete truths. In an era dominated by artificial storytelling, not necessarily authentic reviews and false online information, a new need for truth comes to the fore.
Our tourism and hospitality businesses face an increasingly difficult challenge: how to provide their customers with real information, scientifically verifiable market analysis and verifiable stories. The aim is to go beyond "clichés" and recognise the traveller not as a mere consumer, but as a thinking, empowered individual.
