The italian travel workshop (ITW Nova) at the Desenzano Lake Village
ITW Nova was held at Desenzano Lake Village on May 8
“You who sell it, what do you buy that is better?” sang De André referring to the simple but witty question that the protagonist of his song “La collina” (“The hill”), the player Jones addresses to the liquor merchant. That's because when you know exactly what you are selling and proposing, you know how to choose the best of the best for you. There must be a reason if the Italian Travel Workshop (ITW Nova) was organised at the Desenzano Lake Village this year, don't you think? It is the event dedicated to Italian tourism, allowing more than 70 Italian tour operators from the main international tourist basins to meet and share information, form relationships during the 2.000 appointments planned and discover unexplored destinations and wonders.
ON THE HILLSIDE OF THE DESENZANO LAKE VILLAGE
In a location surrounded by greenery with the waves of the lake as a backdrop for laughter, multilingual conversations and handshakes, ITW Nova took place on 8th May. A workshop under the banner of b2b relations, where european and international tour operators had the opportunity to meet, exchange ideas, and propose itineraries and holiday offers, pampered by the wonder of one of the most elegant resorts on Lake Garda.
An appointment with the aim of forming new relationships, making this world more connected and building projects together to highlight the cultural, artistic and natural heritage, thanks to a more aware and curious tourism.
THE WORKSHOP
In the morning the guests, the buyers, were welcomed by the staff and immediately taken to their accommodations - wonderful lodges composed by three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lake view and shared terraces - allowing a pleasant sharing of space with total respect for privacy.
Time enough for a coffee and immediately the new tensile structure outside, made of glass crystal and aluminium, was filled with tourism experts from all over the world. Representatives of Italian tourism realities, the sellers, seated at each table met the guests, describing to them sensory, taste and aroma itineraries of Italian cuisine, among its most precious and unknown villages. At the end of the day, dinner was then held in the elegant restaurant of the Desenzano Lake Village, where business relations continued, with dancing, toasts, sophisticated dishes and laughter.
This is because the Desenzano Lake Village is a place of quality and wonder, able to satisfy every organisational need in respect of the territory, and where meetings and corporate events can be organised, between one EFoil session and another.
Far 35 Km from Brescia, 46 Km from Verona, 156 Km from Venice and 50 Km from Mantova, the Desenzano Lake Village is easily reachable by car, and offers a spacious private car park.
For those who instead decide not to take the car, the Brescia railway station is 33 Km away (in addition to the Desenzano del Garda station, which is the city's own), and the airports of Verona, Orio al Serio and Linate are 38 Km, 79 Km and 113 Km away respectively.
