ConversActions is one of the workshops offered as part of the Workin'Glamp formula, for learning how to manage conversations in a conscious, intentional and effective manner: an art that strengthens leadership, creates more productive personal and professional relationships and fosters a more creative atmosphere in the social, family and corporate community.

Imagine you are on a green meadow, surrounded by the accommodation of the Rimini Family Village. You are in the open air, but at the same time sheltered, protected and all together. All the tools you need to express yourself are at your disposal, for investigating the mechanics you unconsciously put into action when you are asked to give confidence: colours, diagrams, sheets of paper, writing material, cards with questions you did not think would be so difficult to answer. But you are not alone: the coach guides you along this path, together with your fellow travellers with whom you can share opinions and reflections.
A training able to analyse the differences, key aspects and dynamics of conversations, revealing the difference between a “pull” and a “push” conversation, and through which you can discover your own conversational style, with its strengths and weaknesses, but also possibilities for improvement.
